Our Philosophy

We've seen thousands of children grow up at camp! We've seen insecurities disappear as friendships blossom, children learn independence and most of all self-confidence and a positive self-image emerging as children receive recognition and encouragement from their new camp friends.

Children always come first at Kreative Learning. Programmes are carefully crafted with one main goal in mind, the happiness of each and every camper.

We consistently provide high quality, inspiring and exciting adventures, and can’t wait to for your child to experience a day at Kreative Learning.

Safety First

Our camp managers and teams undergo extensive and industry leading training and inductions, our focus is on quality, safety and inspiring experiences for every child.

All of our Setting is registered with Ofsted Kreative Learning Childcare is proud to have the best staff to child ratios in the industry- 1:8 for Playtime & Magic and 1:12 for Active . We offer 100% supervision to ensure a child or group of children are never left alone at any time for any reason.

Each camp has a set of dynamic risk assessments that are updated as and when the camp environment changes and we have a number of qualified paediatric first aiders at every camp to be on hand should any accidents occur but we work very hard to ensure they don’t. So while your children are having fun, you can be sure they're being well looked after.

Arrival and departure

We open at 9.00am for arrival no later than 9.15am. Collection is 3.00pm.

We also offer an 7:30am drop off for Early Risers, as well as a 6pm collection as an Extra Slice. These can each be booked for £6 per session per day.

When you arrive, press the door bell and someone will let you in.

Our friendly team on the desk will check your child in, ensure you have completed the post booking questions, check that your child(ren) have what they need and help with any questions you may have. Once checked in they will receive a name sticker, be told where to leave their bags and get straight into a fun activity, if they remember amongst all the excitement they will say goodbye to you for the day!

Anyone who may collect your child(ren) needs to be added to the authorised adults section of your post booking questions. If the person collecting is not recognised but on the list of authorised adults then they will be asked for photographic ID before your child will be checked out.

We understand that plans change and someone new may need to come and collect, this is fine just update the authorised adults section of your post booking questions at any time and ask the person collecting to bring some photo ID.

Equal Opportunities

We welcome children from all backgrounds and those with special educational needs and disabilities and are happy to work with families to make reasonable adjustments and support decision making around whether camp is the right environment for each child and we carefully consider all applications.

Speak Up and Speak Out

We have trained Designated Safeguarding Leads to provide support across the setting. All our team undergo safeguarding training before they start working with us and will cover any safeguarding updates and have their knowledge checked at the induction ahead of each camp.

Our  management team undergo even more extensive safeguarding training as the Onsite Safeguarding Leads.

At Kreative Learning Speak Up Speak Out campaign is all about encouraging openness and expression and we are trained to listen - if children have any concerns about anyone's safety and well-being in or out of setting, our team can either help or seek an appropriate route to help them.
